Can bracelets be re-sized?
Most bracelets can be resized upon full payment. Please contact me with request before checkout.
Re-sized bracelets are subject to the regular return policy of 7 days.
Can you customize dog tags or other metal backed pendants?
In most cases I can customize tags to a theme or picture of your choice. I will give you a price, then create and email a picture to you before finalizing.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required once the customer has approved the design, and the other 50% upon completion.
Due to epoxy drying time allow at least 7 days for piece to be finished AFTER deposit.
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom designs.
